The following is a chronological listing
of legislation of the Borough of Morrisville adopted since the publication
of the Code, indicating its inclusion in the Code or the reason for
its exclusion. [Enabling legislation which is not general and permanent
in nature is considered to be non-Code material (NCM). A summary of
these legislative enactments can be found in the Legislative Enactments
part located at the back of the Code (LE). Excluded from these summaries
are the annual budget and tax ordinances, which are included in this
list only and designated as "NCM."] The last legislation included
in the 2007 republication of the Code was Ord. No. 960, adopted 5-21-2007.
A complete listing of legislation included in the prior codification
is on file and available for inspection in the Borough offices. |
